We are one of the oldest established fish processing companies in Fraserburgh. Under the direct control of father and son Ian and Malcolm Smith, who between them have some 80 years experience of buying and supplying in the fish trade. We supply traditional products, prepared using modern techniques and equipment.
We operate a small retail outlet of our own, Sotties Fish Shop, which has become a genuine Fraserburgh institution. With a large selection of fresh and smoked products available daily, we are also looking to branch in to online sales in the near future.
As well as retail sales, our products are shipped throughout the British Isles, daily from Orkney to Billingsgate. Earning a very high reputation abroad for being of consistent good quality and sizing, our name appears in markets throughout Europe, including Manchester, Boulougne and beyond!

Malcolm has been in the fishing industry all his life, learning the trade from his father who started the business. Malcolm is known within the industry as 'Sottie'.

Jane is the heart of Noble Brothers, and is responsible for day to day business operations. She has been with the company for more than 15 years.
